The SilverRocket Dry Carbon Fiber Roll Cage for the Porsche 911 GT (992 GT3/GT3 RS) is the safest roll cage available, rigorously tested by TÜV SÜD. It exceeds the FIA 2023 Safety Requirements (2023 Appendix J – Article 253) by 4.4 times, withstanding approximately 23,656 kg (52,152 lbs) of pressure—far surpassing the mandated 5,352 kg (11,800 lbs) for racer protection in severe crashes.

Compared to the SR GT4RS CF Roll Cage, the SR 992 CF Roll Cage sustains three times the peak force while being 20% lighter. These breakthroughs result from an advanced carbon fiber manufacturing process and AI-driven topology optimization. Proprietary SR-Orientation Roll-Wrap method

Based on the CAE stress analysis, 46 layers of uni-directional carbon fiber cloths are laid in a proprietary direction during the manufacturing process against the impact force direction to achieve optimal strength and rigidity at specific angles.

USABLE REAR SEAT ACCESSIBILITY

Thanks to the valuable insight from Andrew@ThrottleTherapy, we learnt that, for 992 GT3 RS, since the frunk is occupied, the rear seat becomes the sole storage area. However, the OEM roll cage in the 992 GT3 RS does not feature a suitably sized tunnel for passing a helmet bag to the rear seat. In response, we are designing the SR roll cage with a larger tunnel to enhance accessibility.

FIA STANDARD HARNESS BAR

The SR 992 Carbon Fiber Roll Cage, equipped with a racing harness, meets the latest FIA safety standards. It supports up to 30 kN of pulling force, with the harness bar positioned at the optimal height to achieve a 0° to -20° harness angle, in accordance with FIA regulations.

ZERO rear vision blockage

The SR 992 CF roll cage features a lowered symmetrical curved rear structure, ensuring an unobstructed rear view.
