Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. TAG Motorsports holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Terms and Conditions for Purchases

The following terms, conditions and policies apply to merchandise you buy from Tag Motorsports, Inc. (“TMS”) either over the counter or online.

Return Policy:

If the merchandise you receive is not the merchandise you ordered and you think it’s OUR fault, call us. If we mess up and send you the wrong merchandise, we will make it right. If you don’t want the merchandise you ordered and you think it’s YOUR fault, still call us. You might have to pay for return shipping costs. If you CUSTOM ordered the wrong part and we can’t easily resell it, you might not be able to return the part at all. Triple check to make sure you’re ordering the correct part for your project. If you’re confused, call us. We’re smart.

Either way; if you request a return or exchange, we’d like you to do so within two business days of your receipt. Don’t let your parts sit on a shelf for a month before making sure they’re correct, undamaged, and working. We only take back merchandise we can return to the manufacturer or resell. Now’s a good time to remind you about our clearance marked items which often are as good as new or slightly blemished at big discounts.

Keep your boxes and manuals and schwag. You don’t have to keep every little baggy, but make sure you don’t need to request a return before throwing out your boxes and packing material. We don’t take back merchandise that is damaged, scratched or used. We will help file a warranty claim with the product manufacturer if your return is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. More about that below.

Merchandise that Arrives Damaged, Broken or Dead:

If your product arrives damaged, broken, or dead call us and we will get you a replacement and arrange to have your box of disappointment returned. We often photograph our fine finished products (like wheels and carbon fiber) before they ship. Rarely, but sometimes, merchandise gets damaged in transit. Call us if that’s the case. We may involve the product manufacturer or their NA distributor or the shipper on your behalf. We won’t leave you hanging. We request you make us aware of issues with the products you receive within two business days of your receipt.

Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers:

New parts and accessories come with a limited warranty offered by the part manufacturer or their North American distributer. See parts manufacturer website for their limited warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions. Other than the part manufacturer’s limited warranty, all parts and accessories sold by TMS are sold “AS-IS”, where is, FOB Vista, California.

Except as expressly covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, the entire risk of purchasing parts and accessories is with you, the customer (if applicable), and the part or component manufacturer. If parts or accessories that you purchase from us online are defective, the customer and the manufacturer and not TMS assume the cost of repair, replacement, or exchange.

Among other exclusions, the manufacturer limited warranty covers only repairs, replacements or exchanges made necessary due to defects in material, workmanship, or design. The limited warranty does not cover; (1) loss, failure or damage resulting from the abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, collision, impact, racing or the use of non-genuine manufacturer parts, or parts installed in vehicles other than those listed in the manufacturer’s fitment guide or parts that require replacement as part of normal wear or maintenance (for example, ball joints); (2) to the extent allowable by law, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, commercial loss and/or consequential damages, or; (3) labor for removal or reinstallation of a part or accessory which was purchased “over-the-counter” or online and installed by the purchaser, customer or a third party. The manufacturer limited warranty limits customers’ remedies to repair, replacement, or exchange at manufacturer’s discretion. Unique limited warranty coverage may apply to some parts and accessories, for example electrical parts, body panels or fine finished items). NOTE: Labor cost reimbursement and/or additional labor for removal or reinstallation of a part or accessory which was purchased “over-the- counter” or online and installed by the customer or a third party IS NOT covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty or any policy of TMS.

THE MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO PARTS & ACCESSORIES SOLD BY TMS. TMS NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. TMS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND MERCHANTABILITY.

All parts are new unless otherwise indicated. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase parts from us. Any advertised financing offers are based on customer's approved credit and are offered through third-party lenders, not affiliated with TMS.

Online purchases, regardless of conflicts of law and venue, shall be governed by and construed according to California law. Unless prohibited by California law, any action or proceeding relating to or arising out of online purchases shall be filed, if a State action, in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Diego, North County Division or if a federal action, in the 9 th Circuit, California Southern District.

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with TAG Motorsports, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Because TAG Motorsports reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. TAG Motorsports cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but a error which TAG Motorsports’s responsibility is to correct the error.

Ordering Procedure

The import market we deal in is currently one of the hottest cars right now on the market. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. TAG Motorsports stocks more vehicle specific parts then anyone else in the USA for our lines we carry. Parts turnover is quick. So when you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not in-stock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow. If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Special Order Items

Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

Payment Terms

TAG Motorsports accepts credit cards, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Warranty

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. TAG Motorsports does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by TAG Motorsports, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.

Group Buy Terms & Conditions

TAG Motorsports’s new group buy system is a great way to get in on a HOT deal at a low, low price! By checking out online, you agree to these terms and conditions outlined below. Group Buy’s are ONLY available online.
How does it work?

  • Place your order online and at checkout, you will be prompted to pay a 50% deposit via credit card. This deposit holds your spot for the group buy price.
  • Once the Group Buy date has ended and the minimum amount of buyers has been reached, your credit card will be billed the balance and your order will be processed.
  • If the Group Buy minimum buyer level is not reached, you will have the option to receive a full refund of your deposit, or buy the item at a discounted price. This price will be between the listed retail and Group Buy price.
  • Group Buy prices are ONLY honored if the minimum number of buyers is reached.
