Want a new color and protection at the same time? XPEL COLOR PPF is paint protection film with the color built in. It comes in 16 colors in gloss and satin finishes (XPEL Yellow, Molten Orange, Monza Red, South Beach Blue, Ultra Plum, Obsidian Black, Pearl White and more), is self-healing, and at 8 mil it is about twice the thickness of a vinyl wrap, so it protects your paint the same way clear PPF does. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?
Most front ends take 1–2 days. A full car takes 3–5 days depending on the vehicle. We will give you an exact timeline with your quote.

Will the film yellow or peel?
No. XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS is covered by a 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling and staining, and it self-heals light scratches and swirl marks with heat from the sun or warm water.

When can I wash the car?
Wait 48 hours after installation, then wash as normal. Hand washing is best; avoid pressure washing directly at film edges.

Gloss or STEALTH?
ULTIMATE PLUS is invisible on gloss paint. STEALTH gives a satin / matte look and is the right choice for factory matte paint or if you want a new finish without repainting.

Should I do this on a new car?
Yes. The best time is before the first drive, while the paint is perfect. Many of our customers have their car delivered straight to us from the dealer.

Do people travel to you?
All the time. We are in Vista, about 40 minutes from Orange County and 35 minutes from downtown San Diego, and we regularly work on cars from Los Angeles and out of state. Ask us about drop-off and pick-up options.
