BRABUS WIDESTAR in Black Carbon for the G-Class (W465 & W463A), Now Available Through TAG Motorsports

If there's a G-Class in your garage, this one is for you. For the first time, BRABUS is offering the full WIDESTAR package in exposed black carbon, in your choice of gloss or matte, for installation right here at TAG. It's a limited ordering window for both the new W465 and the W463A G-Class, and orders need to be in by December 31, 2026.

What's in the Package

This isn't a bolt-on body kit. It's the complete BRABUS treatment, inside and out. The WIDESTAR carbon package is offered only in combination with the BRABUS Signature Interior and the rest of the items below:

A couple of things worth knowing up front. The PowerXtra B40-800 upgrade means your original turbochargers go to the BRABUS factory in Bottrop, Germany, so we'll plan the timeline around that with you. And gloss versus matte carbon is your call. Gloss pops against lighter paint, matte gives the truck that menacing, all-business look. We're happy to walk you through both in person.

To get your truck on the list, we'll need the chassis number (or your Mercedes-Benz order number if it hasn't landed yet).

Why TAG

We've been building BRABUS G-Classes for over a decade, from a 2014 G63 WIDESTAR and a G550 4x4², to 700hp WIDESTAR builds, to our own BRABUS Adventure G63. We're a BRABUS partner, so parts come through the official channel, and the work happens in-house at our shop in Vista, CA: fitment, installation, paint where it's needed, and the little details that make a package like this look like it left the factory that way.

That last part matters on a WIDESTAR. Fender flares, Powerdome, roof attachment and spare wheel cover all have to line up with each other and with the body, and exposed carbon doesn't hide anything. We take our time on it. We also stay with you after the build, whether that's PPF on the new carbon, tint, or whatever comes next.

Customer's BRABUS G700 WIDESTAR

A customer's matte black W463A G63, converted to a full BRABUS WIDESTAR with the B40 700HP PowerKit, BRABUS valved sport exhaust and the BRABUS Adventure suspension lift. It sits on 20" ANRKY AN35 wheels and BFGoodrich KM3 mud-terrains, and it wears carbon nearly everywhere you look: Powerdome hood, grille surround, front underride guard, front roof spoiler with LEDs, rear roof spoiler and rear door attachment.

We took it back out to the desert for a second shoot. Day into night:

The TAG BRABUS Adventure G63

This one is ours. Our 2021 G63 got the BRABUS WIDESTAR Adventure kit and Adventure suspension lift, the B40 700 engine package and the BRABUS valved exhaust in black. Then we went all in on the Adventure side: roof rack and rear ladder, front visor with four lights wired to buttons on the armrest, rope winch, matte carbon Powerdome and spare tire holder, even the BRABUS shovel and axe. It rolls on 20x9.5 BRABUS HD forged wheels with BFGoodrich KO2s. Paint and installation were done here at TAG.

2014 BRABUS G63 WIDESTAR
