Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale on HRE 522 Forged Wheels | TAG MOTORSPORTS

A customer's Black Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale, with wheels and suspension from TAG Motorsports.

The SF90 XX Stradale is about as serious as a road-going Ferrari gets: a hybrid V8 powertrain, a fixed rear wing, and aero that looks like it came straight off the XX program. This one is finished in black with a silver center stripe running nose to tail, red carbon fiber accents on the hood vents, wing and lower trim, and a red Alcantara cabin. The owner, a client of ours in Nevada, wanted to keep everything that makes the XX special and simply give it a more purposeful stance, with a wheel that matched the drama of the bodywork. We put the wheel and suspension package together and shipped it out, and the owner was kind enough to send us these photos of the finished car.

21/22" HRE 522 Forged Wheels

For wheels, the owner chose the HRE 522 in 21" front and 22" rear. The five sweeping, twisted spokes give it a classic Ferrari feel while still looking right at home on a car this modern. The centers are finished in Gloss Black to blend with the paint, and the Polished Dark Clear outer lips add just enough contrast to catch the light without fighting the red carbon fiber accents. They're wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (F: 255/30ZR21 | R: 335/25ZR22), and we finished them with TAG Ceramic Coated Wheel Protection before they left our shop to keep them looking this good and make brake dust easy to wash off.

XX Details

A few close-ups of what makes this car stand out: the red carbon fiber hood vents set against the silver stripe, the red Alcantara seats with their contrasting center stripe, and that aggressive XX front end.

Novitec Sport Springs

To bring the stance in line with the aero, the owner added Novitec Sport Springs. They lower the car and close up the wheel gap so the bigger HRE wheels fill the arches properly, all while keeping the car comfortable enough to enjoy on the road. From the rear three-quarter, the lower ride height and the fixed wing work together and give the car a much more planted, finished look.

The Finished Car
